BIODIVERSITY, GRAPHIC DESIGN, AND POKEMON – PROGRAMMER WANTED | AMBL

Posted by | August 31, 2009 | NEWS/UPCOMING | No Comments

Looks like we’re game on for this biodiversity/pokemon project. In case, you’re in the dark, here is an old write up on the general idea for this creative science literacy project.

Essentially, the latest bit of news is that we hope to produce a working template for this project over the next year to function in a Vancouver/British Columbia context, but to then re-evaluate the process and then see if it’s expandable to a similar (but larger) offering in the UK. Specifically, discussions have begun with folks at London’s Natural History Museum.

Should be fun!

In any event, the first major step is finding a php programmer, particularly one that is good at tweaking wordpress templates. Please email Dave Ng at db@interchange.ubc.ca if you think you might be interested in helping out.
